GENERAL PAYMENT PROCESS
- To secure your spot in my schedule and before I begin any design work, I ask that a minimum deposit of 30% is paid up front. I usually send you an invoice for this but you can also make a payment via PayPal.
- Once your deposit is received, I'll add you to my next available time slot, set you up in my project management system (Asana) and will usually send you some homework to work on before your start date.
- Once your start date comes, 50% of the remaining balance will be due and then the design process will begin! Design concepts and revisions will then be presented to you as they are ready and we can rinse + repeat as necessary until we get everything perfect! Please note, there are 2 revision rounds included for each design concept. Any additional concepts or revisions will be added to your final balance.
- Once everything is complete and you are 100% satisfied, the final 50% will be due before any final files are sent to you and/or before your website goes live.
In your initial inquiry, we can discuss a payment plan that works within your monthly budget. I usually require a 30% deposit to begin and then monthly payments will be paid until the balance is paid in full. For each month, a 15% interest fee will be added.
For example, let's say you purchase a $1,000 package and you want to budget about $100/month for payments.
You will pay a $300 deposit and then pay $115/month for 7 months (making the total cost of your package $1,105). Payments will be automatically charged to your credit every month on the same day.
You are always welcome to pay off your balance sooner. 🙂
